The free plugin
CaptchaFlow is released under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. You may use it on as many sites as you like, for yourself or for clients, commercially or not, and you may modify it. The GPL, not this page, governs what you may do with the code.
The Pro plugin
Pro is also GPL-licensed code. What you buy is a subscription to updates, to support, and to any Pro service that runs on our side — not permission to use the code, which the GPL already grants you.
Each plan covers a number of sites, listed on the pricing page. A site is one WordPress installation. Local development copies and staging sites that we can identify as such do not count against your total, so you are never penalised for testing properly.
Renewals and expiry
Subscriptions renew yearly at the price you signed up at, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in your purchase receipt or by emailing us; cancelling stops the next charge and leaves the current term running to its end.
When a licence expires, your protection keeps working. Nothing switches off, nothing degrades, and no nag screen takes over your dashboard. What stops is new updates and support. We think holding a site’s spam filter hostage is an unpleasant way to sell software.
Refunds
Fourteen days from purchase, no questions you have to answer. Email us from the address you bought with and the money goes back the way it came. Refunding a licence ends it.
Support
Support covers CaptchaFlow: getting it working, fixing its bugs, and explaining its features. It does not cover writing custom code for you, fixing unrelated problems on your site, or debugging another plugin — though we will tell you plainly when we think another plugin is the cause. Free users are supported on the WordPress.org forum; Pro licence-holders by email.
What we do not promise
No spam filter stops everything, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. CaptchaFlow blocks automated submissions well, and it logs every decision it makes so you can see what it did and why — but a determined human being can fill in a form. We do not promise a spam-free site, and we do not promise that a specific provider’s service will be available, since those services are not ours.
The software is provided as is, without warranty, as the GPL sets out. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be signed away.
Fair use
Do not use your licence key on more sites than your plan covers, resell it, or share it publicly. If a key turns up in the wild we will deactivate it and contact you first.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and changes apply from the date they are published. If a change is significant, we email licence-holders rather than hoping you notice.
